		<description>My solution has always been little blobs of white tack, particularly for those things that really don&#039;t need to be telling you anything.

My bluetooth dongle had a bright blue *flashing* light that wouldn&#039;t even stop when you turned the computer off, and would illuminate the room with each flash. The white tack made me so much happier...</description>

		<description>@akenyon Nah, it&#039;s an ancient hub from about 1999, doesn&#039;t have anything as space-age as control panels. I should shell out £5 for a better one...Interresting to hear that there *is* some gear out there that can be told to put its lights out, though.</description>

		<description>Can you not adjust the lights on your hub from the control panel? On mine you can set a timer, so mine go off at about 11pm and return at 8 i think, some even have switches just for the lights but mine doesn&#039;t, although you can switch them off forever on the cp.
